SAT & ACT Testing
Students wanting to further their education by attending a university that offers four-year Bachelor of Science (B.S.)/Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees will likely need to take a standardized college entrance exam. When applying to a U.S. college or university, you will probably be asked to provide either your SAT or ACT test scores. SAT and ACT scores are used for college admissions decisions and awarding merit-based scholarships. Due to Covid 19, Cal State Universities and University of California are not requiring that students take the SAT or ACT for the 2021-22 school year. However, students can take the exams and add their scores to amplify their college application.
